Just wondering is there a valve either outside or inside the trailer to get gas to the oven? I would assume you would need to turn a valve in order to get propane there, as the oven switch just has pilot setting and then temperature. When turned to pilot you cannot hear gas or smell it.

You won't hear or smell gas till you push in the oven knob. THAT's when you can light the pilot light.

lmao...I never even thought to push it in..I assumed it was a click kinda deal..where youd turn it to pilot and turn it to engage the pilot..doh...ill give that a try

Ya were headed out to our seasonal sight this weekend, rig sits there all summer..I will play with it this weekend and see if I can get it to go.

I will suggest, if you are going to use the oven, put a pizza stone or ceramic tile in the bottom. It will help evenly distrusted the heat and you won't burn your brownies,bread,or cake

When you say on the bottom or you referring to the actual bottom of the oven or the bottom rack?

We have the same oven in our Z-1. Perfect size for Red Baron pizzas!

The metal shelf with the vent holes in it, just above the burner. Do not cover the vent holes. 12x12 tile or I believe my last oven had a 13 in pizza stone

Is it self ignition or do you have to manually light it? I Pushed in the pilot knob and all it does is push in..doesn't turn.

Push knob and hold in. Manually light pilot with a lighter or match. Continue holding knob in for a few seconds then release. Pilot should stay lit. After that just adjust to temp and burner should light

The oven does not have a sparker. The pilot is pretty far back. We use a Bic fire stick. Like a Bic lighter, but long, for starting fires.

Always briefly light the top burners first and then turn off before you light the pilot to make sure there is gas in the lines. If not and it is the first time you are lighting the pilot, you will be there quite a while until the lines purge.
