ST29SS Slide problem??

Hello!

We just purchased a 2012 ST29SS and we are in love with it. We have had it for 3 weeks and have only used it for 2 nights. We are however, experiencing a problem with the slide. It will go out fine, but when you bring it in, it moves about half an inch in and totally loses power. If we plug in to power and you push on the slide it will eventually go in.



The dealership said to look for carpet caught in the rollers, but that doesnt seem to bethe problem. Seems to be a power issue? Any idea/ thoughts on what's the probem?

We have had the exact trailer for 9 months now and have camped a total of 15 nights and slide has always seemed to have a hard time getting going like it is in a bind. Just today I noticed that it didn't quite pull up on one side (about 1") but will continue running longer on other side basically one side stops pulling before the other. Sometimes it bucks like maybe one side is 2 or 3 teeth ahead on the cog than the other side. We love our trailer also but are starting to see some issues like underpowered a/c and oxidation on front top of gel cap. We are waiting for a few more camping trips this summer before we take in for warranty work.
