Crossroads has now told me that they do not care about anything else that goes wrong, because the warranty is up. I was hopeful they would stand behind their product since I have been having problems, but that is obviously not the way they care to do business. Be cautious with your purchase, and don't be fooled like I was.

A $30,000 dollar camper should not have the front end warping and rippling. And apparently it is not an isolated problem with just our camper!! They got our money and now don't care about customer service or standing behind their product.

OK guys. These two posts have nothing to do with the op.

Thank you Mark for your insight and you are correct. If a product is out of warranty, our hands are tired. Crossroads strives to stand behind the products that they manufacture, and many times we try to reach out even after a warranty is expired. Christian and I are monitoring the forums because we do care about customer service and we don't want them to feel like they are being ignored. I have contacted you privately to see if there is anything more that I can do to help you. Thank you -- Taylor

We purchased a 2015 at the Chicago RV and took delivery in May. my wife and I like the amount of storage, full size queen bed and power awning. This was a huge improvement from our Jayco X20e. Our TV is a 2013 Tundra and it does well. The only thing that I would change is the television bracket. It is stationery, and does not swing out for viewing on the sofa. When rotating the TV, part of the picture. Is hid behind the wall. Does anyone have experience changing out the brackets?

so did you end up buying the 250RB? We picked one up, our first RV, at Paul Sherry in Piqua, OH the very end of August this year. Have over 1K miles and four trips under our belt already and just adore it. Even brought the grand kid on one trip and there was plenty of room for all of us and the dog.

She's a real beauty! Trailer, wife, and dog!!

Congratulations on your purchase. We have taken our camper to northern Wisconsin, Lexington and Bardstown, KY and the Smoky Mountains in TN. They are really nice units. We have had a couple of warranty issues with it, the rear cable connector from the back to the booster was not working, a leaky toilet (clean water only), and something in the propane system. It is at the dealership, so I don't know what they found or fixed. The only problem I have is backing it up. I just need more practice. Enjoy the good times ahead.

I picked up my new st250rb last Saturday and pulled it 130 miles to the campsite I have rented close to the job I'm working on. Even though I'm within manufacturer's recommendations I wondered about how my colorado would handle the extra 1000 pounds over the jayco 23rb I have. The sunset trail actually pulled easier than the jayco. I can't explain it. I also got better gas mileage. Maybe it was the aerodynamics.

I've lived in it now for a week and it's great. I have had no problems and have lots of room, and the bed is very comfortable. Since my tv antenna doesn't go up I was worried about reception but I'm getting the same channels I did in the jayco and just as clear.

touch wood, have not had a single quality issue...here are a couple of videos I really liked to help me get though the "backing up" jitters:

I really like both of these sites, particularly the Pete's RV one.

Then there was all the time in the parking lot with those orange cones...
