I bought this new in may, made two trips for a total of 16 days. First nite camping main door broke, having many problems, co2 detector defective, bedroom door broke, awning leaking right above door, slide started not to work correctly, now motors need to be replaced and have to wait 3 weeks! I had a lance truck camper for 12yrs and never has one problem. what happened to quality control and workmanship. I see many problems with crossroad campers

Hope you have success with your warranty issues. Success is based on how good your Dealer is at handling the problems with Crossroads.

Hope everything gets settled quickly. Thankfully we have had no major issues with ours.

Dealer is fixing problems, but don't want to take a 90 mile trip everytime i have a problem.

3 weeks still no trailer, parts coming from crossroads. Getting a little rediculous, a whole month of camping gone.

Kid,
Call Crossroads at 260-593-3850 and talk to Bill Hodges in customer service. He works for the customer and I have had nothing but excellent response from him. I have a 2012 30rk bought in sept 12 and had a couple minor issues. He has solved them all.

Be advised on another post today it was stated that Bill would assume another position at CR at the end of this week. So make contact quickly so he can give you a referral. Too bad everyone says he was great to work with.

Well dealer received parts for slide, but some of the parts are wrong, maybe i'll get it back by next camping season. Not impressed with crossroads, can't even send right parts!

I would talk to crossroads customer service directly. many find they get better results. Many also find the dealer to be the problem. It is possible the dealer ordered the wrong parts and this wouldn't be the first or even 10th dealer we've seen take a long time to fix issues. Best of luck to you.

crossroads is the problem,they sent the wrong parts. over a month and still no trailer!

After one month and a week i got my trailer back. Talked to crossroads customer service and agreed to make a month payment, which i thought was good. The person i talked to in customer service was accommodating, but terrible customer service. Would say he would call back, but only did once, I always had to call. It took over a month to get check, not real impressed with crossroads. Hopefully bugs are out of trailer.
