That is pretty much the way our recliners at home work. So far I've been able to push the foot rest down.

Papa-T has a new recliner Love seat from them. Maybe he will chime in here with his experience with his.

My 2014 Zinger Couch and Jackknife Sofa are both peeling.

We only get to use our trailer 2-3 times a year.

Is there an Upholestry kit or take out and have local shop repair them???

Just an observation. Seems like the folks having the issues are from the south. Maybe when your not camping the heat or sun through the windows are trashing the fake leather. I’ve had two trailers over 7 years and no issue. And we have teenagers and pets.

I had a damaged cushion and I bought one of those as seen on tv repair kits for fabric. Great for small areas.

You may want to find a an upholstery repair company local and just have fabric covers made. I’ve never been a fan of the fake leather.... I have a 65 pound lab and it’s held up.

Angry Cheap couch material

I have the same problem on my 2013 Sunset Reserve, the material is peeling off on the couch and the dinette set too. i haven't used it enough to warrant it to do that.

Unless the previous owner reupholstered the hid-a-bed/couch, something he never mentioned. our's looks perfect. Absolutely flawless, and sure it looks as good as the day it was new.

We have a 2015 Sunset Trail Reserve 26RB. Same issue. Had it about 2 and a half years when we first noticed it coming apart. Looking to replace the couch now.

We replaced our couch on our 2016 5er last year. Swapped out the uncomfortable sitting couch that folds out to a bed with this double recliner from Rec Pro furniture. Purchased ours on eBay.

Just wondering if bug spray and/or suntan lotion are part of the issue?

Material is pleather ..or bonded leather. Peels just like the cheap couches and computer chairs.

Been a while for this thread. Anyone found a good solution? Just bought a barely used 2015 that was perfect. 3 weekends later it's peeling all over the place.

Wasn't aware of this issue before now.

ST33FR

I have 3 of these couches plus a dinette covered on this crap!!
