Actually I asked them the same question. I know they replaced a rubber seal on the outside that was rubbing against the lower track. Although that was not the problem side. As of today it goes in and out straight. They did have Lippert come in and look it over and said everything was working properly.
Now when I got home I was on the outside and my wife was bringing the room out I noticed that the same seal they replaced on the othe side was rubber on the problem side. So I took pictures and sent it to the factory. They said noted but that it was working properly if it failed again they would repair it.
I responded that we could take 2 options leave it alone and when it fails they can replace both the seal and the motors . Or replace the seal and avoid stressing the motor. The rep said when was I taking it back to the dealer, I said when the season barring a major issue.
So I think he relizes that replacing a seal is cheaper then a Lippert motor.
They did fix the issue with the table it is solid , they had to replace the entire dinette. We can no sit at the table withou spilling anything.
so as of today all my issues are fixed although I am not to sure about these Lippert systems they appear to be undersized for the size of the room they are pushing. How will they hold up over time. I think on a small room these systems should hold up well.
