Upgrading :)

My wife and I attended the recent Calgary RV show. We had no intention to upgrade from our 2012 ST26BH, but we walked into the newest 2014 ST28BH, and were sold. I was really impressed with the number of refinements and improvements that Crossroads has made to these units. Many little things that impressed us (beyond the floorplan, which will fit our family much better than the 26BH). Things include more lighting, the additional grey water tank, improved interior finishing, larger fridge, more 120V plugins, better electronics/switch control panel, etc.

It was enough for us to decide to upgrade. I'm very excited to take possession and get out with our new rig!

Congrats on your new rig. My hubby liked the ST28BH as well but it was bigger then what I wanted so we compromised on the ST270BH. We also bought at the Calgary RV show last weekend

Congrats! Glad to see I am not the only one who traded up after 4 seasons and with a repeat on the brand.

I read this after a complaint thread about the Z1. I think Crossroads should note that they need to maintain good customer service. That and the overall quality is why people like us are repeat customers.

We took possession of our 2014 ST28BH in August and we really could not be happier! We've had it out 6 or 7 times already with no issues. It's comfortable, functional, and the upgrades are all very nice. There's tons of storage and the teenagers each have their own bunk, which is a huge upgrade from the pop-up bed they were sharing. We love ours - I hope you have a great experience with yours as well!
