Just returned from a 2 week trip to the beach in our new Sunset Trails 30RE and discovered after disconnecting from the campground city water that our water pump isn't working. It was working fine on the trip down to the beach and I turned it off of course after hooking up to the city water. The light on theswitch for the pump on the control panel is lit butthe water pump does not run whenanyany of the faucets are on or the toilet is flushed. Is there possibly a reset button that I am overlooking? Where is the pump located? I got my owners manual out but it does not indicate a location or verymuch else about the water pump.

The pump is located under a take off panel. It will be on the traffic side night stand. In other words standing in bedroom doorway it will be on your left. I think mine has a fuse under there, can't remember for sure. You might tap on it see what happens, and look for a fuse.

Mine quit working on our first trip out also. I found a fuse behind the switch panel that was blown. It was a 5amp fuse.

I located the pump under the panel next to the bedbut no fuse there. just one yellow and one white wire coming in from the side to supply power. I did find a 5 amp fuse behind the swith control panel but it wasn't blown and that appears to be wired to the fireplace switch anyway. Looks like it's time to place a service call.

Update, we took our camper into the Camping World in Calera Alabama and asked them to check out the water pump. Even though they don't normally sell or service Crossroads RVs at this particular location, they contacted Crossroads and received approval to perform the needed warranty work to replace the faulty water pump. They even put us up in their campground since we had to wait overnight for the work to be done.
