In taking a look at my roof, there is a slightly different sealant used at the corners (please see picture). It's not the Dicor that's used most everywhere else. It's more flexible and "gummy" in consistency. Please advise is you know what type sealant this is.
I do not know, but I went right over it with Alpha beige 1015 self leveling because I had gaps too. Sealed up with no problems. re sealed that whole edge all the way across.

You could use the non self leveling Alpha 1010 I believe, but I used the self leveling without a problem.

Yep. this is the truth.
I just did mine in the past weeks and used the self leveling around the major openings, and the non-leveling Dicor product from CW on the rest.
I will add that this stuff deteriorates faster than the regular Dicor. When you pull at it, you will find that it isn't adhered as strongly as it originally was. This creates an increased risk of leaks.
Jason, that is one of the reasons I mentioned removing the old stuff. Then cleaning it good with soap, water and brush. Let it dry, and then clean it again with rubbing alcohol. Let that dry, then apply the new caulk.
It's kind of like putting a band aid on a dirty finger. That doesn't stay on or stick very long either.
Looks like Dicor lap sealant. You can call Crossroads and tell them your VIN and based on the mfg date and model they can tell you if they used Alpha or Dicor. I was unsure a few years ago and called them and they actually sent me a tube of Dicor for free since the beige at that time wasn't available for resale (it had just come out).
Good luck.

I called Alpha to find out where to get their sealant. It's on the Camping Word website under the brand name "Super Flex." Type "alpha" in the search box and you'll get a page of their products.
