We picked up a new 2013 ST 32RL 5th wheel a few weeks back and are taking it out for the first time this weekend. I filled the fresh water tank to rinse it out and then noticed I could not locate the drain tube for the fresh water tank. The tank is filled on the back wall of the 5th wheel unit and the water pump is located in the storage bay at the front of the rig. I located the hot and cold water drain lines under the front step. Where should I look for fresh water tank drain?

The tank drain should be directly under the tank, it might be right next to the street side rear stabilizer jack and difficult to see.

I found it. We had the rear jacks moved forward from the factory installed position so that we could back into our driveway. The drain plug was sitting behind the jack motor. I appreciate the response.
