his original window is probably in the dealers garbage by now...company should be able to get the replacement wiht an outside dimension , shouldn't they ...

Update, well I must say there are dummies out there and then there are super dummies out there. It took a woman at Crossroads to figure out what the problem was with the window. The repair shop didn't replace the trim molding when they put the new window in! For four months we've been working with these people and they don't know what they are doing. You would think if you take something apart, you would know what needs to go back together! I'm sure they threw away the molding but the nice person at Crossroads said the part can be ordered. The repair shop kept blaming Crossroads for the problem. Guess who's eating crow today! I will definitely not use this repair place again. Fortunately, they are not the people we bought the trailer from. The insurance company recommended them. We will drive the 90 miles to our original dealer next time.
