AC unit not cooling

We have a 2014 Hampton 380fd. The AC (colemanmach) is not cooling. I turned it on when inside temp was 80 and temp actually went up. We took filter out and washed it per manual and still doesn't cool. Any suggestions/thoughts would be appreciated.

Assuming you rotated both knobs fully clockwise (one says hi cool, the other points to the most blue) then the only thing that could be within your control is if you have an adequate electrical feed. If you are running on a house outlet with an adapter, instead of a 30 amp RV outlet, and you are using a long household extension cord, then you might not have enough power to get the compressor to kick in. If, however, you have the right cord and outlet, try cycling the circuit breakers off, then on. If none of that works, you are in need of an AC technician.

The Hampton is a park model and it's more then likely set up on a permanent site.

Yes. We are in a permanent site with 50 amp service and a heavy duty cord from dealership. We will try your suggestions. Also will check roof unit for any debris. Hard to believe a one year old model would have issues. Should be covered by warranty. Thanks. Was hoping someone else had same issue with an easy fix.

Document and send your info to dealer and Crossroads. Do this ASAP to be sure it's covered under your warranty.

My question is do you hear the compressor kick in at all? If the compressor kicks in and doesn't cool then I would look at the a/c unit itself. If the compressor does not kick in, I would start with the thermostat troubleshooting.
