We had some vandalism in our park after it closed for the season with a number of trailer broken into and damage caused. In my case, the wires leading from the trailer cable and battery were cut leaving a tangled mess.
Any recommendations on what is required to fix the problem? Thanks
Thief's just burn me up. Too lazy to work but have to destroy others things.
First you will need a basic knowledge of 12 volt wiring. You are missing the 7 wire plug and cable that can be ordered in one piece already made up. You will need some wire the same color and GAUGE as what is missingfor the other wires.
From what i can see in the picture the junction box where the 7 wire cord goes in to should be not to bad you would just match wire colors. On the other where the circuit breakers go the 2 large cables would go to the battery. Just guessing the 2 smaller ones probably go to the jack. The extra ones with the 7 way cord would be for the brake away switch - Blue for the brakes and the other 12 volt.
Hope this helps but if you are not comfortable with the wiring let someone else do it.
Also what about your insurance co. What did they say. Just let them fix it unless you have a high deductible.

Not that scary a project. Somebody cut mine in the storage lot (Grrrrrrr). Purchased a new 5’ harness with plug on Amazon. Disassembled at the junction box and matched color to color. You shouldn’t have much of a problem with that. Circuits are fused. Good luck.

If you tackle this yourself, Disconnect the batteries from the unit (very large wires, one black and the other white probably).
DO NOT plug into shore power.
And match colour for colour and all should be good.
