Brand new Hampton that now suffered severe water damage to rear panel on RV. Source was suggested defect with the marker light. They now need to remove and replace total rear panel but question is at what point if any can you request new unit from thor?. Main concern will be when they open back panel more extensive damage to outer plywood and also walls and floor!! any thoughts??
