Ordering a 2013 400 FL QUESTIONS

We are going
to order a 2013 Hampton 400FL but have some questions. After reading some of the posts here I have
added a couple more ?’s

1. If we order the stacking washer and dryer will
the dryer be vented to the outside

2. Is there a drain pan under the washer
in case there is a leak?

3. Is there an accessible shut off in
case of a leak?

4. Does the frig come plumbed for the
ice maker?

5. Where are the phone jacks?

6. Does the trailer have wood studs?

7. Has anyone looked into installing
after-market fabric Hurricane Shutters?

8. Does the unit come with “tankless”
water heater?9. Does the second AC push air thru the same ducts as the main AC.Thank you for your input.

Patrick, apparently there isn't anyone on here that can answer your questions about the Hampton.
I would suggest you either ask the dealer you are working with, or call CR directly. I would certainly think they would have the answers for you.

Old farmer is right most of us on here would like to own a Hampton but don't. lol

I have answers to several of my questions:
1. yes
2. no but the dealer who sells the W & D is going to put the drain pan in. Never been asked to that before

5. no phone jacks anymore
6. yes
7. fabric shutters won't work because you need at least 2" between the shutter and the glass. Accordion shutters will work but haven't found anyone that has done this yet.
