I was wondering if it would be an all-season unit. and if so what makes it that way, thanks

I don't think any of the older CR products were considered "all season". They did and do come with extra insulation (mylar bubble pads) just above the bottom membrane. The tanks were not directly heated back then- only indirect heat if you use the furnace. That all being said, you can stay in them in the cold if you take some extra precautions - heated/insulated water line (disconnect if it gets REAL cold), run the furnace to help heat the tanks/water lines under the rig, Skirting (?).
