Bedroom slide

we have an 03 pp and the bedroom slide does not work. The motor seems to run , but slide does not work. I was told a shear pin might be the problem. Where would that be located on the motor/shaft.

Thank You.

I believe your 03 is the same as my 07 Cruiser. You have 1 motor that turns a shaft that pushes/pulls the slide out/in. It is located under the bed under a plywood panel. I would look at the motor and how it is attached to the threaded rod. My guess is the rod is not turning or the threads are stripped.
