We just had warranty work done at the factory in Topeka, IN. It was a good decision to come here rather than a dealership for the work. Everyone was pleasant and efficient and our list of 13 items was accomplished in one day! Randy was wonderful to work with. We spent the night on one of their water/electric sites and they were working on the rig by 6am! We recommend them!

I wish they weren't so far from us, I would have ours up there for some warranty work.

Thanks for the report. I'm looking into an appointment to have our bedroom slide adjusted, a new peice of paneling put in and our steps replaced. I figured I could get this done at a dealer but would prefer to have this done at the factory. Since we are only 4 hours from the factory I'm thinking we could make a long weekend of it and let them have the camper when we getthere Thursday and keep it thru Friday if needed.

This is great to hear,as we have to send our unit to the factory(1600 miles one way) to get our siding repaired, knowing that it will done right.

Keith:
You should look at that as an excuse to get out of the heat and scorched grass for a few days.
A mini vacation so ta speak.

Lloyd, although that is a pleasant thought hunting season is right around the corner and I am not going to waste any of the time off I have scheduled for that to make a trip up North and back.

There's some pretty good hunting here in Indiana. You could make a combined effort of the trip.

Like Keith said I wish the factory was not so far away. But it is to late now to do any thing and maybe next year on our trip to DC we can plan on the rally in July of 2011. BUT, I am still very happy with our rig and glad we did not buy a keystone or forest river product. We plan on keeping this one for a few years.

We have a 36 ft Paradise Pointe 2006 and the decals are in bad shape. Were yours covered under warranty?

We had several of ours replaced a few months back and were told it was covered under our 2 year warranty. Go figure. If you find out yours are covered under the 5 year structure warranty please post back as we have a few more that have gone bad that I would like to get replaced.

We had one of the dark red swirls go bad last year and I replaced it myself. This spring, all the rest of the dark reds have cracked and look burnt. The factory sent a complete set to me N/C. I will replace them this fall as the weather cools.

Hunter11... It must be covered under the 5yr warranty, because when I sent pictures of my cracked and peeling decals, they sent replacements at no charge but said they would not pay labor, so when it cools off a bit thats my next project...
