I have been using 303 for years on our trucks, RV and our boat before we sold it. It is good stuff with UV protectant. I did start using it on our graphics as soon as we got our trailer butI think it had sat on the dealer lot so long in the sun they had already started to fade. Do a search for 303 protectant online and you should get plenty of places to buy it. I found it on sale the last time I ordered and bought a gallon of it. CW does carry it.

I have a friend that owns a sign shop and i asked if he could make one if mine ever needed replaced he said he could take a picture of decal and trace it on on his signcomputerand come very close to matching it. So you could check with your local sign shop...Just a thought.
I had the same problem with my '05 PP. I contacted Crossroads and they sold me the two I needed. I removed the old ones and tried putting them on my self, very tough job. Have to be careful not to start them off wrong. If you do and have to pull them back off, they stretch. This causes them to have air bubblesand then you have to try and work these out. Not sure if it is worth it.
