I would like to know if someone on here can answer a question for me. Honestly not sure if I know what I am talking about. Bush kit, do I understand that my 2006 would have come with a nylon bush kit, which I will say did not last long. Last month we had it fixed and the shop put on Brass Bush Kit. The extended warranty that we bought tells me that they do not cover anything that is done as an upgrade, they would only pay if they had replaced it with the Nylon Bush Kit. WE did the alignment as we were wearing out tires. and as you know we have had problems since day one. I keep referring to this as Axle problems. Thanks for any input

IMHO, the plastic bushings that come on the axles wear out very quickly. Unless a rig is under the original warranty, I would say this is a maintenance issue. I replaced mine with bronze bushings on my old TT and also on my current Cruiser and the plastic ones were worn after only one year. Not sure about the newer equa-flex(SP) systems. You did well to get the alignment done.

Thank you for your reply and now I am pleased we did the alignment, hopefully it will last longer than one year . The company seems to know what they were doing, the left hub is bent so we will replace that next week

Now since I did my alignment fixed the bent hub, took a trip to Alberta, I have had 2 blow out tires. THis year alone I have replaced 3 tires, now one more to go. The repair man said, he thought by the looks of things under there, I have had that problem since the rig came from the factory. So in fact the warranty is good so long as you have the right dealer doing the work, my dealer was useless. I will never recommend anyone going to Candam/Traveland, Langley BC Canada

I had to replace some parts on the bolts and had brass replace the plastic bushings
