Walt....Emmy and I have decided that we will not be getting a new 5th wheel or other camper so we cancelled our trip to the Hershey RV Show within the last couple of weeks...also having too much fun too often has caught up with us so we have had to cancel other trips/weekends as well.......and we hate that....retirement in two yrs 4 months hopefully....then off to play land.....

Tommy,....Emmy and I hated to cancel but really had no choice on the Kentucky trip...and a few others.....and yes...after looking at several other new campers and floor plans we really like what we have...the 42 footer we wanted will not fit within our long term plans for traveling over the next 2-3 yrs....so we will take best care we can with what we have....the new truck is WONDERFUL however....love driving it and towed really nice on the one trip we have taken....see everyone in October.

Man...It is September already....This camping season is flying by....I hope everyone has had a great time so far...Rosie and I only have two more trips planed for this year....This month we are going to Sun Fest in Ocean City Md., which is always a lot of fun....Really like looking at all the crafts at the inlet, and maybe buying some....This year we have tickets to see Wynonna at the inlet...We also will attend the fiddler's convention in the town of Berlin for some great country and bluegrass music...

Last trip is always Mason/Dixon in October can't wait to see everyone....

Tommy, this thread has been very slow. Time to pump up the jam and for everybody to get excited for the rally next month.

I'm gonna hate missing the rally this year.... trying to plan it in for next year though. It was good to see Joe and Joan at the forest river factory rally last month.

Had lunch with Steve & Linda Young.
[ as you may know, they bought a site at Lakewood Resort, Florida and have a 5th wheel staged on the site, wintering there.]
They sent regards to the rally participants.
