I think I will call Ralph today and will update my phone book, here at home, once I get your revised list at the rally... Sorry to hear you may be getting Emmy's cold... I guess we're going to have to quarantine you and make sure you take PLENTY of liquid MEDICINE...

Well, the motor home has been repaired and is in the driveway, partially packed.
Will finish packing and wend my way to the rally in the morning.

If it ever truly becomes a "northeast" rally, I may attend.

As far as I know this rally has always been held in Pennsylvania since it's inception...Even though I am the wagonmaster at this point in time, I was not even a member when this rally was started...So this Maryland campground is a first for this rally...I am always looking for campgrounds that have 10 to 15 sites in a consolidated area, 20, 30, & 50 amp service, and a pavilion or large tent for group activities...If you know of campgrounds or RV resorts that fit that criteria I would be more than happy to consider them...If you post your suggestions on this thread I will take a look at them...Thanks for your imput...

the term "northeast" was used by the original wagon master, who no longer attends.
At that time, I cautioned him using that term. I told him "Mid Atlantic was a more viable term. Nuff said.

The name of the rally really does not matter..it is the friendships that have developed and been maintained for the last 10 years we have been a part of this group that makes it what it is......the rally for the Mason Dixon Bunch is the same group of friends...we all just meet in Virginia....south of the Mason Dixon Line.....in the fall days of October....the fact that everyone is willing to drive 100's of miles ....north or south..east or west....for a weekend reunion regardless of where the rallies are held says a hell of a lot about the friendships we hold so dear....yes...participants have changed thru the years due to age, illness or death...but our friendship remains....anyone is welcome to attend...it's a matter of personal choice...there are no applications or dues to pay nor impressions to make.....for the ties that bind are the love of camping, the desire of meeting new friends and the integrity to make life long friendships with those you meet.....
