If you do Tampa in January you can catch more snowbirds, and if you do it close to the Tampa RV Show then you can have the CR staff already down there.

Just an idea.

Sounds like a great plan. It's nice to see Crossroads step up and add regional rallies. Looking forward to more info.

I was hoping there would be some west coast rallies. The Oregon CG looks great and we will try to make it!

Rob & Sue Rees are Canadians. They full time in their RV. They used to own a CR unit but the last time I saw them (at the factory rally) they still had SOB. That may have changed since then.

I have never heard of Jay Cauble.

I am wondering if Christian M is an RVer. Also, Rob and Sue own a Columbus RV that is manufactured by Palomino which is a division of Forest River, Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway company. So I am wondering how they are CrossRoadsRV reps when they are SOBs. We all know the Coopers who do a great job of teaching us about our RVs and they do own a Redwood. Now, the big question is who is Jay?

Since Crossroads owns the show, in my opinion it is up to them how and who runs it.
As far as Christian, she is an employee of Crossroads.
As far as being Crossroads reps, don't think that applies when they are contracted to run the rallies.
To me it comes down to a lot of sour grapes by some now the previous wagon masters are not running next years rally. And I know they ran great rallies and they grew under their direction. Hats off to the Michels. They deserve a lot of credit for what they accomplished.
I think it's time to focus on the positive approach that Crossroads has taken recently. Many in the past has criticized Crossroads for not having more involvement, now that they are, we should be happy that they are trying to grow their brand and accommodate owners with rallies across the country.
As the manufacturer, it's their decision and preference on how to do that.
It's time to move forward and wish both rallies (Crossroads Factory and the Family Camping Rally) good luck and success in their endeavors.
