Factory warantee service

We have had no luck with the three dealers we went to in order to address our warrantee issues - not the place we bought the unit (in Michigan) nor the large dealership near our winter home (in Florida) and not the dealer close to home (Ottawa, ON). So we made an appointment with the factory service center as we were down here for the rally.

We should have gone there in the first place. These people are top notch. They are very professional and easy to deal with. ALL of our issues were resolved to our satisfaction. They don't have to order parts, because the factory is right there.

Many thanks to Terry Bauman and to Randy for their help. It was well worth the drive here to get all this stuff done. These guys bend over backwards for the customer. We cannot say enough good things about the customer service center.

That is good news we suffered through some very trying times nice to see improvement.
I am also glad to hear that Randy Mishler is still doing his thing. For many years he was the go to guy I believe he was there b-4 Thor took over. Dealt with him a few times he is a stand-up guy.

I had same issues with dealers. Finally I called Crossroads and they sent me parts directly and I did the work myself. I too was impressed with Crossroads but sorely disappointed with their dealer network.

Everyone that had their rig worked on at the customer service building, by Randy, his right hand man Gary and the rest of his crew, all seem to be VERY satisfied, including myself. Even in years past I have never heard any one who came away disappointed.

The new customer service building has more to do with Randy and his crew than the CS reps you talk to on the phone, who will be shareing the building with Randy. Eleven work bays in this new building as opposed to two in the existing building, for Randy to utilize. Also includes a RAIN BAY...

From what I gathered at the rally, Andy Cripe (Crossroads Pres.) was taking names of dealers with issues. May be using for some good old fashioned butt kicking!

Our experience with Crossroads has been great. Knowing how they treat their buyers after the sale is extremely important to us.

I thought Tony said that you were installing it for Nancy.
