April 1st

Ahh, the date I look forward to each year. This is when our seasonal campground opens up in Bloomington, IN.

We have pretty much sacrificed all other events(with the exception of a few) to be there each weekend. Our children (3&5) love it as do we. We got a boat slip this year and look forward to spending our time on the water and in the camper all summer.

Any of you seasonal campers? We love having a getaway an hour from home where our neighbors keep an eye on our camper and where they know you by name.

Happy Spring Everyone!

The DW and I are seasonals. We just purchased our Fifth Wheel in February to replace our 03 Nomad TT. Looking forward to some small travels before retirement in two years or so. We have been at the same campground for 25 seasons and like you our neighbors are like family. We are 4 miles from our house and our two kids grew up there. Best life I think they could of had and believe it helped make my children responsible adults. We are giving our daughter our old TT so her family can enjoy it like she did as a child.

Many years back we had a seasonal set up on the lake. Like you stated, it was nice knowing your neighbors, and you could rest assured they watched your place when you were'nt there.

We are seasonal. Looks like you also have same rig - 32QB (or a 31KB).

This year we have a truck so we are looking forward to a couple of outings. Love season camping though. It is ready to go and we use it almost every single weekend.

Our problem is I have a 1/2 ton pickup. I am not sure if we had a 3/4 or 1 ton if we would use it 1/2 as much as we do now. I figured I would save the extra 50k+ on a new truck.

3 more days!

We started out seasonal then become destination campers. Now we're selling our SnB and are full timers since just a couple of weeks ago.

We've fulltiming for almost 8 years & have enjoyed every minute of it. Been parked for 5 months this winter & that's a record for us, next year 7 months workkamping. It's a great lifestyle.

Got down to our camper around 10:00 this morning. All is good! Furnace had me a little worried as it wouldn't kick on...fan would turn on but then shut off with no hot air. Thought, really want to knock this chill off.

Uh, Jake, is the propane on?!?!

Enjoy this beautiful weekend!
