Loyd or Dayle, Do you find that you have to be within 2 or 3 feet of the device in order for it to work? I did a quick search and most say you must be within that distance.

What I have inside my house works everywhere, I have full bars everywhere except the farthest bedroom. Sure helps battery life on the phones. The one I installed in our friends Mobile Suites covers the full trailer.

Would like to correct my mistake on previous post.
Our cell phone is a pay as you go. The original carrier was Altell. They were bought up by Verizon, and that is what we are using. Not AT&T.
We use it traveling and camping. Strictly and emergency phone for us.
