I planted 4 about 3 years ago, and the 20 blueberries I received will not be enough for a pie. I might have to drive North of the cheddar curtain to learn from an expert.

Mark, I planted 4 of the Northland plants on 8/19/14, and one Freindship on 5/1/15. I didn't take any berries from the Freindship this year. I stripped all the blossoms off this spring so it could put everything back into the roots and not be taxed trying to grow berries.
I also stripped about 6 quarts of green berries off the Northland the other day when I did my last harvest for the year. Hopefully I didn't over harvest on them.
Other then what I've given away, we have enough for a few more pies in the freezer.
Picture is pint bags of berries in the freezer.

Maybe you can host the next rally in your backyard!

Was in Central California in late April or early May? buying from roadside stands and U-Pick-Um fields. Way good. Spoiled me for what we get but can't grow here in the high country.

Not really as savory or sought after as the blueberries and strawberries, but another of the things we enjoy thru out the winter months
Anybody know what it is?

It looks like saurkraut. LLoyd, do you have to keep the soil a bit acidic for the blueberries?

Yes Kraut. Blueberries should have soil with PH of approx. 4.5 to 5.5
