Level Up system

We are having trouble with our level up system. We followed the directions to zero in, and it was working fine for about the last 2 months, we hit auto level yesterday when we got to our new site, and it raised the driver side wheels off the ground on our 5th wheel. We tried to correct this using the manual mode, and it would only raise the jacks, not change the leveling part? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Whats it on? Is it an after market system, or did it come from the factory with the level up installed?

We encourage our members to add their rig information to their sig. that way other members know what you have for a camper and your chances of getting an answer are improved.

I do know it is made by Lippert, but do not know if it is factory or aftermarket.

Level Up System

Lloyd, sorry, I was not prompted when I signed up to put all the information in. We have a 2015 Crossroads, Rushmore. It is a Lippert System that was installed at the factory. We had one on our 2014 Montana, and never had any trouble with it. This is the second time this one has picked the wheels up off the ground.
