Topeka, Ind. -- Don Emahiser, President of CrossRoads RV, announced CrossRoads RV’s new service/support program today, the 12-Point Promise, which became effective Sept. 1, 2012.
“We took a look at our current warranty process from the point of view of the dealer and the retail owner. We realized it could be improved. So we did,� states Emahiser. “The result is a genuine warranty package which allows CrossRoads dealers to provide world-class service to their customers.�
The 12-Point Promise Program provides a comprehensive platform for all aspects of owner satisfaction from delivery to maintenance to service. It will also benefit existing customers as CrossRoads dealers are better prepared to service their needs. Complete information on the 12-Point Promise will be rolled-out at the upcoming Thor Open House Sept. 18 through 20 at the RV Hall of Fame in Elkhart, Ind.
