We are currently looking at one of these for our cell phone. It seems like we are in areas of weak or no coverage more then we like. Has any body had any experience with this booster?

I am looking for a similar system that I can use inside the trailer to booster cell signal. I amtethering my cell phone as an aircard for our laptop for internet service when we are on the road.

Here it is, It has a light that flashes when you use your phone and I liked that as I could tell it was working. He had it mounted to the wall. I'm not saying buy this one, It's just what I have experience with.

Yes we have one. In my opinion it works. We have been in campgrounds where their is no cell phone service, hooked up the booster and got 3-4 bars. One thing you have to know, their has to be a signal some where in the area for the booster to work. If their is no signal any where near your location the booster will not work. The unit is portable - vehicle/rv etc.

We have ours inside our 19 ft. Zinger, the wire for the antenna is led to the outside thru the electrical plug in door. I have a bracket bolted to the trailer frame with a telescoping metal mast to raise the antenna. As I understand it themagnetic based antenna needs a

ground, this was achieved with this setup.

We purchased a "phone booster"
Hooked it up in the old Dodge Dakota (yes I do own a Dodge) We headed up to camp this morning bright and early to test it out. It gets two thumbs up!! We have never had any service up there before. Today we had service every place we went. Made a couple calls and it was good on both ends. That thing will give us a lot of piece/peace of mind in the future.

Looking into purchasing a signal booster. It will need to be portable enough to go from truck to RV. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Robyn

I'm still using the one in my previous post. I think if I was going to transfer from truck to RV, I would get their other antenna for the RV.
I believe Larry Day has that antenna on his RV.

We are using the Wilson Sleek. Got it based on info from Lloyd. Works great has overcome poor signal in some local areas. I did purchase the Antenna (301125) so I can use in the fifth wheel and or the Truck (two antennas makes for easy switch with Sleek cradle model). http://wilelectronics.factoryoutlets...-boosters.html You can find it cheaper @ Amazon etc.
