pictures

Pictures that are posted sideways are tough to really visualize/get a handle on.

I agree with you Lloyd. If by chance you are referring to one I posted, that shows exactly what it looks like if you are standing in front of it.

If not, I still agree, lol. I am on other forums that it just naturally happens and gets confusing.

Nope. Not pointing to you. I can perfectly understand your last pics.

I posted a picture sideways once because no matter what I did, I would not go right side up. It was very frustrating! It was right side up on my computer.

I use an IPad for all this stuff. Originally a couple years ago my pics would be sideways. Finally I found out that if I first ran the pic through a photo editor app, it came out right side up. Funny thing is I don't make any adjustments in the app, just in, and check done.

It seems every once in a while mine come up sideways when using my phone. Have tried rotating them and they still come out crooked. Funny thing is not all of them do

It's a combination of the orientation of the 'phone' when the pic is taken and how you save to pc and how uploaded...

What I will do with 'bothersome' pics is to make a screenshot of the picture itself with the snipping tool and save it as a new pic to get the metadata right.
