Saskatchewan forest fires

WildWildWest, are you affected by these? People are being displaced and some have already lost their homes.

An RV is a good thing to have in a situation like that!

We are getting the smoke from the north really bad but the fires are about 200 miles north of us so we are not in any danger. Today was the first day in 9 days we didn't have an air quality warning but the fires haven't slowed, the wind just shifted direction. It's a terrible situation and no rain to help slow the fires down. The firefighters and water bombers are doing an amazing job of protecting northern communities in very tough conditions. Great men and women doing difficult and dangerous work. The military has joined the battle as of today as well. I think over 10,000 have already been forced to evacuate.

Glad to hear you are not in danger. Yes, a very bad situation for all those people.
