They own almost all of the RV names out here. Not surprised. Buyer beware is all I can say...

Like any other company you do business with, if they don't make money they will not be there when or if you need them.

All companies are in business to make money. It's called Capitalism. Owners, shareholders, stockholders expect profit to be made. That's why they invested in the business.

The purpose of a business is to provide a service, the objective is to make a profit while doing so!

I disagree - The purpose of a "for Profit" business is solely to make $$$, by providing a product or service. If they don't make a profit, they will not be able to sustain providing the service.

A charity provides a service in a not-for-profit environment.

semantics? maybe....but it's important to understand it when you go back asking for the "company" to fix the issues.

A company's willingness to resolve expensive or a multitude of issues will almost always be determined by how much profit $$$ they have in the unit...OR...how much profit $$$ they will could potentially lose due to loss of future sales. A time will come where they simply say "no"...

I will agree to disagree.
However if the service or product does not meet customers expectations thier revenues & profits or lack there of will suffer & the business will go under.
Also not for profit & nonprofit businesses make a profit & are supposed to disperse all profits to thier members or charities. The biggest exception to this is our government.

We seem to have forgotten and not too long ago - we as leaders (in all areas of our lives) served others. The owner(s) of a company big or small served its employees who by example served their customers who continued to serve the company by repeat business and telling others about the example of servitude set. it appears now it is about the here and now just the immediate sale and let tomorrow come. we can reorganize and change the name to protect. There was a time when your name could move mountains now what does your name mean to yourself - to others??
