What do you use to get the black streaks off the cap? I have read where some use Awesome, is this safe to use?

Mr. CleanMagic Erasers work great and aresafe. Follow up with a good quality boat/fiberglass wax.

I've used Awesome and it works, but I diluted it according to the container instruction. I didn't dare try it full strength. It does remove the wax.

I think next washing I'll try Mike's suggestion on the Magic Erasers.

I tried the Magic Eraser and it was not working as well as I wanted so I added Awesome and that worked, as long as we have owned rvs I have never seen the black streaks so difficult

to remove and so many of them. I had waxed the cap with Meguiar's but this seemed to be a hard winter, maybe that had something to do with the streaks.
