On my camper as you face them the one on the right is for cable. The other I believe is for a satellite dish connection.

Andy, there is one for cable and one for satellite. BTW, please insert your year and model in your signature, it will be easier for someone to answer you questions if they know that info.

Not all models have two hookups. I only have one. If you are the same, then plug into the one you have. Switch antenna booster off to cable. Go to menu in tv. Select Cable, and scan channels. Should pop up.

On my 2013 sunset trail, the one on the left, closest to the side of the trailer was cable and the one on the right was satellite.

I have the 2016 ST 270BH My cable is the one on the left. And like Tim said, " Switch antenna booster off to cable. Go to menu in tv. Select Cable, and scan channels. Should pop up"

Make sure your antenna booster is off.

On a side note, I have an HD antenna and when I was sitting in my driveway I scanned with antenna booster on and I was able to get 31 channels. Most were in HD. Crystal clear pictures. the 2 campgrounds I have been to so far, I got cable and the picture was standard definition, no HD. I should have unplugged and scanned with my HD antenna just to see if I got any. I'm still learning.

Because of the same discovery in our own back yard, we cut the cable TV and use an amplified HD Antenna for the house! (we only purchase internet from the cable company now, and use our own modem)
