2 year Warranty

If no one has seen this.

Crossroads RV Reinstates Its Two-Year Warranty | RV Business

It does me no good but it is the right move to make.

That is good news, but they didn't say when, did they? Maybe I missed it.

That commitment makes me a buyer again.. Most issues crop up in the first year, some very expensive ones don't show there face until year 2..

A testament to Crossroads belief that they offer a great product that they are willing to stand behind. Just bought a new unit this spring so I suppose that I will miss out on the 2 year warranty. Very good news for those preparing to purchase.

Maybe next is the return of the 2 year parts and 5 year structural warranty.

I am happy to see this too, although it doesn't help me either.

This is my first RV and it has been a real learning experience. My next RV will be heavily weighted towards quality construction and support, and I suspect many others feel the same.

I keep hearing "all RV's have QC have issues". To me, this represents a real opportunity for someone to step up and build a better product, then follow up with support.

Glad to see the 2 year warranty coming back, it puts CR back in the running for me...I had one of the last 2 year warranties with my 2013--305SKP...I am still finding little things after my warranty expired that I wish I had found while it was still in affect...More time is better when it comes to warranties...

Does this take effect on 2015 purchased tomorrow? Or is this for 2016s or 2017s delivered to dealers in the future?

Glad to hear this. We are on our second Sunset Trail and have purchased them both used. We expect our next purchase will likely be brand new and this certainly will make us lean heavily towards Crossroads.

Sad I missed you, SleepyT! I was acting as a product rep in the Redwood display and didn't get to escape much :-)

The 2 year warranty applies to any product that was off-line from September 1st, 2015 forward. Hope this helps!

That is great news! I am sure it will help sway buying decisions in the direction of Crossroads.

Not your fault, none of the Camping World sales people I asked about your where-abouts knew where you were...They were there to sell campers and that is all they were interested in doing...

Thank you for the info on the new 2 year warranty, so any camper made after Sep. 1st this year holds a 2 yr. warranty...HOOORAY...
