2011 335SS bedroom slide

I was doing reseal work on the RV and found water damage on the bottom of the bedroom side(outside). I removed the
bottom aluminum trim piece of the slide and the wood decking is wet and rotten. Any suggestions how to fix this. Has anyone tried to repair this on there own?
