Got a New 335SS. The first trip out have a list of 12 things that need to be fixed. Took back to dealer Sat. to fix. The worst is the bedroom slide leaks water. I got a fireplace for the DW and a waterfall. Nice feature in a new camper. The dealer said was going to call Crossroads as did not know what was going on with this. Was up at 2:00a.m. till 4:00a.m. soaking up water. Not a hard rain. To pickup up this weekend. Will see what happens. The dealer is 5 hours away. Hope they get it fixed. The trailer has more miles on it from the factory to the dealer and home and back to the dealer as it has on camping. I know that anything that is man made will have to be worked on as this is not my first trailer. My closer dealer would not give me a price at first. Then he was way higher than this dealer. Will see what happens.

Crusin,

What are the other 11 items on your list? It would be interesting to know the issuesand what the dealer did to fix. Always nice to compare notes.

Thx.

You can take your rig to any Crossroads dealer to be fixed. It does not have to be the selling dealer. In fact you can take it to any repair shop and Crossroads will cover the cost as long as that repair shop gets approval first.

Corner Tape on the slides are coming off, they don't tape the screws on top now. Both dinette and kitchen slides need adjusted in on the front side, back ok. Dinette slide top seal 1" to short, factory mistake. Big back window leaks water. water pump won't shut off all the time. the rollers that hold the mirrors in the closet fell off, don't know why the mirrors did not break. Rollers on the floor. Tv won't get any stations. Done scan after scan, ? bad cable. bottom of both slide dinette and kitchen is not sealed lets water and road grime in. The new leather rockers (only is made for slender people. The entrance door had a scrape into the gel coat and the trim around the window. and the pass through door had the gel coat has a big chip out of it. Dealer said on the bedroom slide this is a new system and have to call factory to see what is leaking. Think will replace the rockers with some other brand of rocker recliners.

WOW! Looks like some quality control issues. Stuff like mirror rollers falling off should never happen! I know the water pump will keep runnning if there is air in the line. Maybe just need to purge. Thanks for the details. Something we all need to look for before driving off the lot.

Thanks again.

Our 2011 CF335 had problems with all three slides, rear stabilizer motor failed, seals around slides came loose and found the unit was not pre-wired for a second A/C unit as advertised. Been back to the dealer four times and now the refrigerator is making a strange noise as we get ready for a 6-week trip. Dealer has been very good, but there seems to be some definite QC problems !

Well we got the camper back from the dealer. He said CR left 2 seals off on the bedroom slide. Had to put a longer seal on the roof of the dinette. He put new tape on the corner of the slide roofs and done a lot of caulking that the factory should have done. Don't know what they did to fix the T.V. but it works now. Have not had it out in the rain yet should be out tonight as it is pouring right now. They resealed the bottom of the slides so noting gets in. Going out tomorrow for a week will see what happens. This fridge don't hold a steady temp like my 08 did. Got it back home and torqued the wheels and the u-bolts was checking the spring hangers and found 4 of the bolts that the nuts are not even close to being tight and they will not tighten. Going to see about putting the wet kit on. They fixed the water pump for shutting off. Everything they done looks ok for now. Will report back.
