2015 Sunset Trail Reserve Shower won't drain

Just bought this trailer. Shower won't drain. Have emptied grey water tank, taken off p-trap under shower, and tried removing vent under sink. Once the pvc pipe heads down toward the ground, water flows back into the shower. The dealer we purchased from said there is only one grey tank. The gauge shows the tank is empty; however, there is a light for a second grey tank that shows full. Do we have a second grey tank? If so, how do we empty the tank? If not, any ideas on how to fix the shower?

Your half way there to identifying your Rv. Got the year and brand, what model and 5er or TT? Please put you Rv info in your signature so future question will be answered for your particular model.

2015 Sunset Reserve TT 32L shower problem fixed.

Found it. The handle for the second grey tank was missing so the previous owner (or someone) must have moved the handle for the black tank forward. Made a real mess, but after lowering the underbelly, we were able to find where the black handle should have been installed. Fortunately, we were able to empty both grey tanks. Unfortunately, it was after we dumped the black tank on us first.
