A/C Filter door

Anyone know where I can get the cover or door that holds the filter in place on the 13.5 btu model in the 271bh13 Z-1? I cleaned the filter for the first time and the plastic just broke....no pressure at all....I wonder if the extreme heat has compromised the plastic?

Anyone have this problem?

I had to buy one for our old Cruiser and at the time the only place I could find one was through Dometic. It was not cheap buying from them.

Looks like your unit is still new enough to be under warranty, have your dealer get you a new one under warranty.

Mine cracked also. Not too bad. Superglued it.

Ours broke on the first cleaning also. They are rather fragile for the purpose they serve. We were able to get ours directly from CR. I would suggest that you call Andi or Randy in the warranty department. Good luck.

I usually email Terry when I have something under warranty that is too small to have the Trailer sit at Camping world for two weeks to get fixed.
