A gap between floor and slide out

I have a 2013 sunset trail. I recently notice that when I close the large slide out there is a gap at the left lower corner. The dealer here stated that they don't know if that's normal or not. So far no response from Crossroads. Anyone know if it is normal?

Did you call Crossroads? That's only way to get quick answers. Even if your dealer contacted them, I would advise you to contact them also. Phone calls are better then email.

I tried today, but too late. I'm just impatient. I'll call Monday.

I would say any type of gap is NOT normal. If the dealer doesn't know, then shame on them. A gap is a problem, either letting water or air leaking in to torrents and bugs getting as well. Keep calling Crossroads. Your not impatient, you just want answers.
