Air conditioner help

Help please! The air conditioner on Our sunset trail 320bh has been ok so far but just today we have no air coming back to the bunkhouse. We took the housing piece off inside the rv and can see the opening for the ducts. Doesn't seem to be blocked but there is a loose piece of foil covered insulation. That seems to look like it belongs but it can be moved around. We've tried every position possible with that piece and nothing is getting air to the back. Forward on the rv had air no problem.

Just wondered if anyone had ideas since I'm out of luck with any customer service until Tuesday.

Thanks.

Try using Your phone camera and put it inside the duct to get a pic. Sounds like something has fallen and is blocking the duct

There shouldn't be any "loose" insulation in the ducting. I'd see if you can remove it with a plumbing snake or something similar.
You might also see if there's a separate filter off the a/c that might affect airflow that direction?

Well, back in the land of wifi. Our ac unit it designed with space for an electrical heater to be stuck up in the same space. (did not know that until we started investigating) Basically there is a piece of foam insulation that got hand cut to the basic shape to block the cold air from bleeding to the other side and just jammed up there. The air blows so strong that it blew it out of place.

Good grief! going to have to rig it better!
