Air Flow restrictions in ceiling vents

SO I picked up my new VL 33 BH and during the walk through, we activated the fans, AC, and heater, but I noticed a reduced air flow in the back of the trailer.

After many back and forth conversations about how the air pressure reduces the farther away from the fan the vent is... I had them take off the fan cover and remove the fan to check. Sure enough, we discovered that the factory installation had left some fabric covering the duct for the rear of the trailer.

Though this might be useful for anyone out there who is wondering about any airflow issues with their trailer.

I had to rebuild mine. It was recirulating the warm and cold air. I think a 14 year old out it together. This was on my 2013 Rushmore. Glad you caught it.0712170743.jpeg

I found something similar in the upper fridge vent on the roof of the trailer, 3/4's of the whole was blocked by the rubber roof covering membrane. It was no wonder that the heat couldn't escape from behind the fridge. Not trying to hijack or change the story but check your appliances installation, can't hurt for peace of mind if nothing else.

Nothing new.
Just typical RV manufacturing "quality".
Doesn't seem to matter what brand.
