Two weeks out of warranty, we decided to inflate the air mattress for the first time. Worked great until 2 a.m. when it was losing air. Is there a Fix? I do not believe there is a hole. Zinger ZT 31 bunkhouse

Are you sure you have both the relief holes closed good? I have found that problem a couple of times.

I Have a 2011 I bought at the end of 2010. I have had nothing but problems with the air mattress. When I gfot to the point where I asked them to replace it, they told me it was out of warranty. I asked if I have a two year warranty and it's a year old how can it possibly out of warranty. They claim the arie mattress is only has a waranty for 6 months. I told them I have had a lawyer on retainer for 2 years and he will get this covered under your warrangty.

Ours had a leak and was replaced under warranty after about 9 months of ownership...no questions asked.

Our air mattress also leaked on the 1st use. It made my hubby look like something from a can of Pillsbury biscuits with the mattress all deflated in the middle with him inside! Crossroads sent a new one immediately and the newer style is so much better than the original. We still ended up replacing it with a regular sofa bed (didn't trust the new air mattress not to do the same thing with use) But Crossroads was very accommodating on the warranty issue!
