Alternatives for Warranty Service

I'm getting fairly frustrated with my dealer (no need to name names...yet). I'm starting to think about looking for someplace else to do my warranty service. I don't know how easy or hard that will be. I'm curious to know if other folks in the Crossroads family have had any luck getting warranty service from other providers. Thoughts?

I have an independent mobile RV service company here that is approved by Crossroads for warranty work. Might call Crossroads and see if anyone is available in your area.
