axle questions

Anyone had bent lipper axle? Was told it was weak, could cause problems from potholes, etc. My right rear tire is worn on outside, Sunset250 rb. Dealer has it, checking it out..:

Yep , one of my axles was crap within the fifst 2 weeks . Had 3500# axles and they replaced with 4400# axles with matching springs ( tires were rubbing on wheel well) When dealer does the switch ,have them install wet bolts and brass bushings too. And have the tires balanced.
