Battery Top Off

It seems like I remember a discussion about a device that makes topping off batteries easy. It stays connected to the batteries and makes filling of batteries in tight locations easy.
I've searched the forum and couldn't find it. Does anybody know what I'm talking about? Any experience with them?

Yep, that's it. Any idea how well they work? It looks like just the ticket for hard to get at batteries.
