BBB, warranty, and other issues

Just wondering how many folks check BBB to see what a dealer's rating is before they buy? I didn't, but wish I would have. Two dealers in Rockport, TX, one accredited and rated A+, one not accredited and rated D-.....guess which one I bought my Rushmore from? Reckon Crossroads ever checks out a dealer before they contract to sell thru them?

I purchased a boat at the same dealer a couple years ago, and the marine service department was great......can't say the same about the RV service department. They claim to have ordered a new door for the W/D closet almost a year ago. Never got it. I talked to Bill Stout in May, and supposedly they were gonna ship me one directly. I suppose he got canned in the recent shuffle I read about, because I never got the door, and now emails to him are returned undeliverable.

Guess I'll turn it all over to my independent service guys I found. I swore off the dealer....I never intend to set foot in their place again.
