We have a 2012 Zinger 32QB, and need to find a way to tow our bikes. We do not want to tow on the bumper due to safety concerns. Does anyone have information on tongue mounted bike racks?

Thats ONE of the resons we bought a TT over a 5er.Ours are under the topper that has a conoe on top. Would need to watch tight turns that the bikes don't get crunched.

I am not sure what safety concerns you have with a bike rack on the back bumper of the TT? That's where I have mine. If you tow with a pickup, the bed would be an option. The other option might be a bike rack mounted to the front bumper of your tow vehicle.

heres two things i've done.

front hidden hitch w/ 4 bike carrier. i made a drop receiver to keep the bikes out of my line of sight.

heres a rear platform i made. it attaches to the frame rails. i welded one receiver tube to each frame rail. it may void the warrenty, i didnt care about that.

Nice platform...but I am curious if Toto rides in the basket when towing.

HA!....no dogs here, but the bike is a ton of fun. The platform is also good for carrying fire wood or my fire pit. I keep my generator strapped down all the time on it now. No more lifting it up and down out of the bunkhouse door.

I built one somewhat like Spinella about 4 years ago. It is used for every thing from a work bench to a tool box holder. I also carry a small generator on it.
