Bio-Kleen Black Streak Remover Took The Paint Off

Kinda upset. I have a 2006 18RB Zinger. Sprayed some Bio-Kleen Black Streak Remover on, well, some black streaks. It took the paint off!

I didn't let it soak, just sprayed on and hosed it off. Unfortunately I sprayed in 3 different areas:

This photo is slightly in shade so it looks worse than it is, but you get the idea. Anyone else experience this? Bottle does say it might remove paint on old, unmaintained surfaces (read it after the fact) but I do keep my trailer waxed. Any suggestions?

Next time use Simple Green, if works on the black streaks & doesn't harm paint.

Thing is, I've used this product before and didn't have a problem. I must be the first one that this has happened to.

I’ve used bio Kleen many times on my old camper and eventually had the same thing happen to me. My guess is if you use it too much it eats off any clear finish

We tried washing our rv when we get to those nasty black streaks we could never find anything to get rid of them until now
Bio-Kleen is so easy to use and is so amazing how it takes those black streaks right off with out even scrubbing We put some in a spray bottle and used damp rags when we got to the tough stains one squirt and wipe and it was gone. Underneath of our awnings are so stained and nasty and we have tried so many cleaners my husband said let’s try it on the awnings. Like magic spray, wipe, and it’s white again. Love this stuff!!
